Sim card late

I made a sim card purchase on October 9th and receive the shipping confirmation on October 10th. However, until now I've received no sim card and since I have no sim card, I can't contact the O2 customer service. What should I do? I'm thinking about cancelling the order and go directly to a shop to buy one.

did you already receive the sim card during the last days now? Or is it still missing?

Apparently, I canceled my order by accident so the Sim card got sent back to O2
