Sim Card Delivery Problem

I bought a Sim Card (O2 Free M) online but I didn't put my company name on the address. I am thinking they couldn't find my name. It has been more than 48 hours and I still didn't get the sim card. How should I proceed at this point?

Hi eminbugrasaral,

are you talking about a whole new contract, or just about a new sim card (exchange card)?

And is it a normal contract for private people and freelancer, or about a business contract?

Business contracts/ customer have an own cutsomer support. We only supper the private customers and freelancer.

Hey @o2_Jessica

I had a pre-paid sim card but I want a contract (one year) sim card. I guess it's not business? I just applied from your website without selecting any specific thing. I entered my bank account details and address, that was all.

I tried to call the call center but it was in German so I couldn't understand. Should I go to o2 shop? Or should I take another step?

This is really taking ages. And now I got an email saying that my sim card went back... I don't understand this. I can't buy a simcard from your shops, you don't provide any English support in your hotlines, you don't reply to messages in forums... This is such a shame. I couldn't get my sim card. 

I ordered again from the website, now it says my order is not accepted via an email. I think I will have to buy the sim card from somewhere else in the end. I am very disappointed.
