Sim card activation

Got a prepaid sim card and could not activate it via posident, can I have y money back?

did you check the other options to activate your sim card? You can activate the card also via video ident: https://www.o2online.de/service/sim-karte/prepaid-freischalten/

It was via video and they did not accept my form of ID which was my mexican passport and they can of just ended the call.

Hi Taniag,

via postident it's possible to activate a mexican passport in a post office (Deutsche Post). It's important to show your passport, not the ID.

I just went today and they told me I needed some type of sheet, document from postident and then get back to them. Do you know where I can have access to this?
