Hello everyone!

First of all, I am a foreigner and hardly speak German yet.

So it's a problem for me to contact customer service on the phone.

A day ago I ordered DSL contract with a router via check24 and got some confirmation emails. Unfortunately, I've specified a slightly incorrect address. And am afraid that it would not be delivered.

Any ideas about how this can be solved?

Does it worth to visit O2 store personally and ask someone to fix the specified address?

Strictly speaking, I specified the address of my work and missed the company name. The building is quite big, that's why I think the shipment couldn't be delivered.

in an o2 store i think they couldn´t change the deliveryadress. If you still have to change the adress for delivery, please contact us via pm to o2_DSL with your order number and your personal identificationnummer of your contract.
