Setting up my own router problem

Hi! A guy from O2 came over yesterday and installed o2 internet at my place. But since i have my own router, he didnt do anything or explain to me anything on how to make the router work with this new connection so now i cant  use the internet. I need help please @o2_Stefan

    No technician can know all router and normally the router installation is YOUR job.

    Did you provide the men with the data for the installation (user-id& password), manual, Cognac, coffee, etc. ? 😉

    btw - makes absolut no sense to pay for the o2-router and then to install another router!

    If you would like to get a assistant, it would be helpful to know the type of router!
