Setting a new meeting for DSL activation

I was supposed to have my DSL connection activated on 31/10/2018 but unfortunately the technician could not access the basement that was locked. Now I need to make a different meeting for this activation and I'm moving to a new apartment in a few days. What do I do? I've tried calling the hotline (0800 525 1378) but it's in German and I do not understand anything.

Hello solomon,
if a new apointment is necessary I can only recommend to call the DSL customer service. If you do not speak any German at all I suggest to call with a friend of yours who does so because we can not promise that you will reach an English speaking agent.
Since you mentioned that you are moving: The DSL connection was ordered for the address that you are moving to or for the address that you are living right now?
