Do I understand you correctly that you like to port your number to another provider?

I have just released your number so that you can port your number now to another provider. Please address now your new provider.

Please be aware of the fact that you will be charged with 24,95 €. Therefore, I like to ask you to load this amount on your prepaid-card.

After you have successfully ported the number to another provider, you have the possibility to fill out this form http://g.o2.de/pre-auszahlung in order to get the credit of your prepaid card payed out to your bank account.
