Resetting account password

Hi, I wanted to cancel one of my contracts for the data card i have. I don't have the SIM card with me anymore, it stayed home, but i would like to reset account password in order to be able to cancel it online. How can i obtain the reset password via e-mail that has been registered?

    Hi!

    The reset password will only be sent to the SIM card via SMS. There is no other way.
