Relocate my DSL Connection

you must inform o2 about relocation, for this you can get two ways:

a) you can do this online, but this way is not possible this time because o2 was a victim by hacking (you know "wanneCry" ?)

b) you can print and fill this form https://static2.o9.de/blob/10647396/v=9/Binary/umzugsauftrag-dsl-pdf.pdf  and sent it by post to

Can i send it via mail? else can you arrange a english call so that i can explain.

Also fyi the previous tenant has the o2 connection i need to remove his router and need to connect mine. His end date is 31.May. Can i connect my router directly and continue or i have to through all this process?

sorry but o2 has no mail-support since 2012 or 2013 so only way is post or fax.

I am no o2 worker so i can´t arrange any call.

After you offer your relocate you got a massage from o2 when a technican has open your line in the new appartment, but in my opinion it take 4 weeks for relocate your connection.
