Hello. 



I have a similar problem. My contract was about to expire. So instead of extending it, I ordered a new sim card instead. It has been dispatched today a few minutes ago and I need to cancel the online orderd new contract since I extended my old contract already. Any idea what should I do? o2 website does not clear anything up regarding the returning process of SIM cards. Only DSL and Mobile phones are mentioned. Please help me out. I have no use of a second number and pay 50 euros every month. 



Not a good idea to add your problem to another case from 2015. Therefore I splitted it from the other case.



btw - there is no return process for SIM´s. The contracts are "forever" until canceling.




Thank you. I am very new to this community page and have never used it before. So I did not know how to create a separate post. I hope my problem is solved here. I have tried contacting o2 Deutschland on facebook as well as wrote them an email regarding this. 




What about the fact that I have not even activated it yet? Can I not return it or cancel my contract then? 




Maybe "widerrufen" - see confirmation mail/letter.




Already done. Got my contract canceled after talking to o2 deutschland on Facebook. They helped me out immediately.



 Great customer service from them. I will still receive the SIM card since it was too late to stop that, but it is a useless SIM now.
