Hi, finally I found a good place to ask a question about O2... in the O2 web page, or the mein o2 apps it is so hard to find an address to send email (asking question) for me.



I am a member of "o2 Free S" since 30 March 2017. I opened the contract in o2 Dortmund branch. every month I paid 19.99 euro. Now I am living in Witzenhausen.



My friend use an o2 prepaid card, every month he pays 10 euro to purchase his internet quota like 1.5 gigabytes. and suddenly he got a free 15 gigabytes quotas for his internet. He can play pokemon GO like crazy without lag... and I have trouble with that when my highspeed internet quota is empty.



meanwhile. i need to pay 19.99 euro every month and my quota is just around 1 gb for high speed internet, and I don't get any free 15 gigabytes quotas for internet.



My questions is,



How to end my o2 Free S contract? Do I need to pay extra fees?



I think I want to change to use o2 prepaid card too, because mostly I stay at home or campus with wifi.

If you want to end the contract, you have to termination until latest 29.12.2018.

You are to have a minimum contract term, the termination will not be effective until 30.3.2019.

So you have to fulfill your contract with o2 until that date.

However, is it possible for me to end the contract prematurely? Usually they will ask for penalty or I need to pay for something right?

Your friend have:

After 1,5 GB the speed is slow down to 32 kBit/s. No video streaming and music streaming is possible
