Hi. I need a proof  I have called a landline number in particular day (2017-dec-20). I have a contract allowing me to call for free in DE on landline (not mobile) telephone. I have been informed on this forum that it is not possible to get proof for calls made within the tariff. I think there must be a way to get the list of calls I made outside the tariff, it is my right. Showing my history details on the phone history wouldn't help here, since they need a written proof. Please tell me what number should I call to order the list of calls I have made in December? Thank you!
