Problem with DSL

Hi,

My internet suddenly stop working.  The WLAN and DSL indicator light keep blinking. I've tried to turn off the modem and even resetting it but the problem persists. when I open the router page (192.168.1.1) it's asking me to check for the cable connection, so I can't even go to the option to reactivate with my Zugangs-PIN. The cable is connected to the phone line so I'm not sure what the issue is. I've been using the same modem for over 3 years and this is the first time I run into the issue. Could you help me to resolve the issue?

Thanks. I guess I just need to wait for the 55 minutes Wartezeit by the phone. I thought there was a quicker way to have someone looking into it.
