Unfortunately I cannot speak German yet, I wonder if I buy a router like a AVM FRITZ! Box and using my O2 service? or the router should belong to O2 supplier.
I am thinking about buy AVM FRITZ!Box 7430 WLAN-N-Router in Saturn or Media Markt

7430 should work (if you are < 100 MBit data rate). The Login data you should fine in Meine Briefe von O2 (Mein O2 login) that look on the right site under Vertragsinformationen there should be a pdf document with the titel "SIP Zugangsdaten". This will include the Login Name / Password for your internet account and the SIP login information.
The Setup of the Fritzbox has 2 entry of O2 provider if the fist is not working take the 2nd...
The Phone should come automatically.
