What is a private channel to contact O2 in English?

I don't want any of my issues, be it sensitive or not to be discussed publicly.



I can't see the connection of Germans being super sensitive about their privacy and make non-Germans privacy non-existence. It's hypocritical to see Google maps street view houses blurred and outdated, yet having no respect for privacy of non-Germans.
You are free to write a letter to the o2 customer service.
@TBCMagic it's 2019 (and half), and you're still writing letters. yet counting CO2 footprint emissions.
It is still normal in Germany to contact customer service by letter. The other options are voluntary offers for communication. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change a way of communication according to your own wishes.
