Prepaid Sim Card megabytes

Hi, I bought a prepaid SIM card for 1GB, I just activated via postident and have service. BUT I received a message from the compay saying I can not surf the net for 99 cents a day? How is that possible? That's why I got the giga card to surf the web
Could you check my status.

Hi!

You can or you can not surf the net for 99 Cent / day?

Take a look at the package: (here is an example)



In this example, there is an important information ( marked with a red box)



This card is only registered in the base rate (9 Cent / minute for calls, 9 Cent for SMS, 99 Cent / 30 MB, if no internet package is booked) and the user should book a package that he likes. The 1.25 GB pack is not automatically activated.
Is there such information on your package?

Hi,sorry for the typo, I can't surf the web. I don't have access I don't know why. I can send messages and make calls but my data is open and I doesn't give any connection.


Also I have the 1GB for 9.99 euros. at the bottom it doesn't say what you show in the picture it just says "freischaltung nur mit gültigem ausweisdokument möglich. sim-karte ist bis ur bezahlung an der kasse wertlos, hinweistexte siehe ruckseite".

Could you use you mobile data meanwhile? If not, please send a private message with your mobile number and your personal customer code (persönliche Kundenkennzahl) to o2_Support and i can ceck what happend to you data pack 🙂
