Prepaid activation and 150GB gift- validity and duration

Dear O2 Team

I ordered a prepaid card late yeaterday( 19:30, 5th May) online. I see now that the special gift offer is valid from today till 5th of June, if ordering&activation, and recharging is done in this time period...

1. Will my card be active as I ordered it a day before the current promotion period?
2. The 150GB gift is active for 28 days. Does the 28 day period start from the date of activation, or the date of the min 15€ recharge?

Hello @Liz L,

welcome to the Community 🙂.

To get the free 150 GB, you would have to charge your credit with 15 EUR until 06.05.2019. Then you have to book one of the following rates (o2 my Prepaid 9 Ct., Basic, S, M or L).

The 28 days start from booking a Pack ( My Prepaid S, M or L)
