Porting Vodafone CallYa (prepaid) over to O2 Prepaid Procedure

Hi,
I'm moving a couple of contracts over from Vodafone to O2. From what I understood the procedure was to setup a new O2 prepaid account (Loop) and then transfer the number over from Vodafone. I have the O2 Loop account/SIM up and running but I don't know how to initiate the movement of the old number over to this account. When I try the online link it brings me into my MeinO2 account but there are no further options. Is this only possible with a post paid account?

Yes, SIM was activated and works on the original number assigned by O2.

I think I found my missing step. I need to tell Vodafone I plan to take the number and also I need to have €29.95 in the account balance. I assumed the first part was initiated for me by O2 when I made the request but I can understand that they want it to come from me rather than automatically from O2.

    thanks for your request.

    Did you already activate the o2 prepaid-card and go through the post-identification or video-identification procedure?

    Afterwards, a porting of your Vodafone prepaid-number to o2 loop is possible. Please use this link: www.o2online.de/service/vertrag-tarif/rufnummernmitnahme/ and choose "Rufnummer zu o2 mitnehmen".

    Did you not find under "Mein o2" your o2 prepaid-number?

    After you chose your o2 prepaid-number, you just need to choose "Vodafone-VODA"and mention your prepaid-number of Vodafone.
