I have logged in this forum with this prepaid SIM as to allow you to see the details associated with this number.
The prepaid SIM still retains the original number. The O2 store sales clerk said the port to the number ( ending with 802) will take a week. It has been three weeks.
I have tried the links that you suggested but they kept taking back to the overview page of the account.
Can you please help ?
