Hi

I ordered a mobile phone with a contract on 28.05.

Order number for the phone:

WSxxxxxxx64

Order number for SIM card:

WSxxxxxxx38



The dhl tracking shows that the package was sent back to O2. I also received an email asking why I canceled the contract, although I did no such thing.



Please help me resolve this
