Hello Team,



I placed an order for two extra sim cards which according to my account, have been sent. I have not received them yet but I keep getting reminders to activate them.



Can you please check the status on when they were mailed out to my address and an estimated time of arrival?

I regret that you did not get these sim-cards. Normally, the sim-cards arrive within 5 days.



Shall I order the delivery of a multicard and a datacard again?

I checked my mail today, and still no sims. Yes I would like replacements sent. If possible, can we confirm the address privately to make sure it was sent to my new address. I see on my account the new address and the sims should have been sent there.

I just received the two sim cards. They are the original ones I ordered. The letter says, 24 Oktober. I will attempt at activating them and let you know if it is successful. For now, there is no need to send two replacements. Thanks for the help.
