Hello! Can you tell me what happen with my order, please? Because I did not receive anything about it. Only the order number. WSHW30226327. And please, also, I need to know what documents I have to present to the delivery guy, because Im afraid it will be a little be hard to talk with him, because I don't speak a good German. Thank you!

But I already confirm that your phone is on the way to you.

When the delivery guy comes to you, you only need your passport.
