"o2 Music Abo" charges that I did not order

I noticed on my current bill that since 19.03. Every week an "o2 Music Abo" will be deducted.

Also In o2 Music is under "My subscriptions": You have no active subscriptions

Why is O2 charging me for service I did not order??!!!

Hi @yairp‌,

there was an active o2 Music Abo of your mobile phone number ending with -32.

I deactivated it now and also checked the usage. As we could see you did not use the service so I refunded the amount. On your next invoice you'll find third party provider again, but as a refund, not as a debit entry. ✅

Please think about blocking third party services, so that it won't be able to book an app just by accident.
