I have made a contract on 29.01.2019 and in my first invoice there is an additional 39 eur entertainment pack cost that i didnt want to get and nobody informed me about this additional cost when i signed. Additionally i am not using this service. I want to cancel the package and refund the amount.

In the confirmation of the contract ending with a -312, the entertainment package is included.
But do not worry, the first month is free of charge because of a special discount. The entertainmend package will end after this first month (on the 28th).

please have a look at the second page of the invoice. There you will find the billing details.
Direct obove the entertainment package, you will see the "Anschlussgebühr", this is a one time connection fee at the beginning of a contract.
The entertainment will be deactivated on february the 28th, untill this date you will be able to use it.
