Dear O2 community,
I had a DSL Internet contract with O2. I cancelled my contract by writing "Kündigungsbrief" at October 27th, 2017 and sending it to O2 to cancel my contract. However, O2 is getting money from my bank account for November, December, and January. Here are two problems that I have:
1) I called O2 help-desk three times. Every time, they say that my internet contract is still active despite acknowledging that they received my Kündigungsbrief. At the end of conversation, they say that I will get a Kündigungsbestätigung per Post and per Email. However, I have not received such a Kündigungsbestätigung. I am really frustrated over this, and I cannot get anybody to help me cancel my Internet contract. So far, O2 has deducted 50 Euros for the already cancelled Internet contact from my account (November, December and January). How do I get back my 50 Euro from them? And, how do I stop getting O2 money from my bank account?
2) O2 told me to send back the router to them, and I would get back the price of router. I sent the Router, and I did not get the price back to my bank account. Every time, O2 helpdesk says that they are going to send the money.
Does anybody know to whom I can complain? When I call O2, there is a different person every time. I do not want to go to the court with them because of an Internet contract, but please please somebody help me!

I also cancelled the contract by officially writing a letter and I also got confirmation via email. However O2 is still deducting money from my account. Some times money is deducted twice a month and also without any invoice.
Calls to customer center are not responded and if a callback is requested no call is received, but only a notification that could not reach you, also contact via email is not possible. Almost impossible to reach O2.

if you have contract for 24 months you have to cancel the contract 3 months bevor it ends.
If you cancel the contract later, it will run for another 12 Months.
So the question is what is the start date an Month of your contract and what is the arrival day of you cancelation?
