I haven't received any confirmation letter yet. Also i haven't received any confirmation over email address.
Can you please check and see if I can get any confirmation over email address or Can I see the termination date somewhere online?

I haven't received any confirmation email till now. I checked the SPAM folder also.
Instead on 3-May-2019 I received the email for monthly bill.
Can you please check why I haven't received the termination confirmation email and why I am receiving the monthly bill.

Hi,
the basic charge is billed retroactively from the 28th to the 27th of each month . So you got charged until the complete finishing of the connection. This was the final invoice.
