O2 DSL contract cancellation

Hi there,

Since I already moved to a new flat and I dont need O2 wifi anymore. I would like to cancel my contract now (asap). My contract is until 06.11.2019. How can I cancel the contract? Will I be charged for any fine? Should I send the cancellation letter by post, also the wifi router? If yes, could you provide me the format? Thank you very much.

I regret that you like to cancel your DSL-contract. May I ask you for the reason for that decision?

If you like to cancel your DSL-contract, please send us a cancellation letter to the following address:

90345 Nürnberg

If you need to return your router, please check that here: http://g.o2.de/GAF and follow the instructions under the button "Rücksendeauftrag". Unfortunately, the instructions are all in German. I hope you cope with the language.
