Hi,
I sent documents and letter for requesting a contract cancellation to O2 Nurnberg. Can I get a confirmation that it has been received and how long it takes to give me a confirmation that it has been cancelled?
I also stated in my letter that I will be leaving Germany in couple of days and prefer to only be contacted through email.
Hope someone can answer this question

I received text several days ago that o2 had questions regarding my cancellation. I already contacted O2 through phonecall and sent my abmeldungbescheinigung through fax as requested.
One of your colleagues had explained to me that it still on process, however since I'm leaving Germany and will not be contacted through german number and call, kindly contact me only through my personal email as mentioned in my data.

all the documents are there now.
I will write a note that the company should not contact you via phone, but via e-mail.
If you haven't heard something of within the next week, just contact us here again, and we will try to fasten the cancellation process!
