I ordered number porting at end of my contract with super select on signing a new contract with O2 on 27.10. My super select contract ended yesterday (29.10) and SIM was deactivated. My new O2 contract has not yet been activated. On signing the contract, I received a SMS that my number porting would be on 8.11. Since its a gap of about 10 days I asked the guy at the store and he said it will be done at end of my contract without any problem (he said there would only be some hours of gap between deactivation of my old SIM and activation of my new SIM with the same number). He even said a virtual number would be provided to cover this 10 days period. Could you please activate my new contract?



Also I have a data card on my contract and this has no calling number, even this sim has not been activated yet.

Please be aware of the fact that we need about 8 days for the porting.



As you ordered your new tariff on 27th October, there is no chance for an earlier porting than the 8th November 2018.

Yes, Now my new contract works without any problem. I did number porting on the information that the porting would be done on end of my previous contract, which was the information give at the store. However it didnot work that way.
