Dear O2 Community,
I have been through loads of phases with the service desk but yeterday was the highlight. My issue started when in 12.2015 decided to be a loyal customer and merge all my 3 SIM numbers to my contract with O2, everything went for sure smoothly, then came the implementation part which did not go well and one of the SIM cards was imported nearly after 2 Months(the import of the number from Alice (belongs to O2)). Through my dissatisfaction I have ended my contract with O2 and strangly no one tell now contacted me to see the reason (end in 04.2016) . Back to my experiance yesterday, I recieved an email informing me that a strange number will be imported to my account, so I called the helpdesk and informed them that I haven't asked for such a request and the number that will be imported to me I do not know it. Now the fun part, the helpdesk(very rudly) informed me that it is your problem and you have to terminate this request in written form to the central in Nürnmberg even though I highlighted all the above mentioned 😮.
Hope the commuinty can shed light on such experiance, and in the worst case does anyone have the Central in Nürnberg address since it could happen that on the 17.03. I will have a new number by magic .
Thanks
Tilal

Hi Tilal,
you have four mobile numbers belonging to your DSL contract, not three. Three of them were imported and the last one will be imported on the 17.03.16. If you take a look on an older invoice of the last year, you will see all the four mobile numbers.
If you still need our adress, here it is:
Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG
Kundenbetreuung
90345 Nürnberg
Best regards
Michael

Hi Michael,
Thanks a million for your response, but I have a couple of questions
- the fourth number I was not using it in Alice and do not want to use it for O2. So why should it be imported without my request?
- this import should be related to an existing SIM in O2 (contract at O2), so this number to where is going to be imported if I have only 3 existing SIMs in O2 contract?
Thanks
Tilal

Hi Tilal,
you have a total of 4 active contracts with us since the 05.12. Three times the o2 Basic and an o2 Blue All-In S. See your invoices since December.
For all numbers we received a porting order.
Unfortunately the last one is already progressed too far, so that it can no longer be cancelled.
Regards,
Christian

Hi Christian,
Thanks alot for your support, but can I ask where is this number going to be imported (to replace which number) ? And how can we fix this problem (which was not started from me). I have 4 numbers which I am happy with right now.
Thanks
