The telekom technician came yesterday to activate my dsl and said the line was open. Unfortunately, the router isn't connecting and I don't seem to be lucky with the customer support (after the chat they opened a ticket, but no updates until now... they don't answer the phone, they seem all busy all the time). I rely on internet for my work and this is really annoying.
Where can I get in touch with some technician that can troubleshot my connection or router?

This is ridiculous, ... I started my chat with O2....
In the meantime, from O2 side the only message I got was that my connection was activated (and I guess that I am already paying for it).
My only relieve is that I have a Flex contract ....
- The 1st person forwards my chat to the DSL-Verbindung ...
- The 2nd person forwards my chat to the dsl "technischen" ...
- I have to write everything again to the 3rd person that can't check my connection and only tell me nothing changed in my ticket ID (Thanks! I can read that myself). His message: "Ich kann hier nichts prüfen. Sie müssen sich schon gedulden bis meine Kollegen hier eine Lösung finden".

Here we go! After three days of pain and aggravation, wasting hours waiting for technician, and my colleague's time that help me with the calls in German (as obviously nobody from the technical support would speak English).... I finally have my DSL connection working! It was really a pain though.
Essentially, the Telekom technicians had to come back to fix whatever they did wrong last time.
One suggestion for@o2_DSL : use your chat also for technical support (but real support, like troubleshooting a connection/router and put someone that can check what is wrong in a connection). This will help both Germans and non-native speakers, and would be more time efficient for everybody.
