My Sim Card has been blocked for 3 days, and O2online is not allowing me to get to my PUK number to unlock my phone. This is causing me to lose business. I need this to be fixed right away. Anyone?

Why can't I access my PUK number on o2online? I don't want to have to download an app to get to my PUK number.

    Hi @Moorel,

    apologies for the delayed reply, I hope you were able to get the PUK number. In case you weren't, check the plastic card the SIM came in, the PUK number is written on it.
