Dear Sir/Madam,

I took my contract 8 months ago where the tariff should have costed 7,50 eur instead it is been charged 25 € every month.I have visited O2 shops , but they have been telling me it will take time! Question is how long more?

Hi Sush13,

the hardware discount on your mobile phone number xxx661 has been disabled because your hardware contract runs under a separate customer record. So that the hardware discount can be set up for your contract, we have merged your customer accounts under one data base.

The hardware discount in the amount of 17,50 EUR was activated on April 25th. You can find it on your next invoice unter the heading "Guthabenbuchungen und Vergünstigungen (ohne MwSt.)".


 

For the period in which the discount has not been deducted from your basic fee, we have set up a credit note of 105,00 EUR. The credit note will be set off against your next invoices and you can find it on your next invoice under the heading "Beträge aus dem Vormonat".
