Hi,



I have a O2 Free M Flex (2017) tariff right now, and it ends soon. Since I am in Germany for a particular time, I cannot have a contract of 24 months. That´s why I need to have a flex tariff that I cancel anytime I want. When I want to extend my tariff, I learned that it is not anymore extendable. The suggested tariffs for my extension are all 24 months tariff. How can I continue with a flex tariff like my current tariff? Do I have to change to another flex tariff, simpy order a new sim card? And in that case do I have to pay for anschlusspreis again?

Dear ceyhankoseoglu,



as you have no discounts on your o2 Free M Flex except the one for young people, you don't need to extend your contract activly. It extends itself automaticcally for another month at the end of each month until you resighn it.



Because you have a discount for young people you have to legitimate yourself either as student or (if you are under 28) with your idcard or passport, to receive the discount of 5 Euro every month furthermore.



You can upload your legitimation under My o2, by post or by fax.
