Mobilefunkvertrag with My Handy

First of all thanks for this English community.

I applied for the "My Handy" offer along with "o2 Free M". However, my application for Smartphone was not accepted as I got an automated rejection reply.

Yesterday evening I have received only the Sim card, and since the smartphone application is not accommodated, it will remove the discount and the Mobilefunkvertrag will get expensive? and how much will I be charged monthly ?

Without the phone, it is useless and expensive. I want to cancel everything. What is the procedure to cancel the mobile contract and everything?

I already paid around 49 Euros using the "accept email" email, will I get them back?

Hi musach, you can cancel the contract by sending an e-mail stating your phone and customer account number to 'widerruf@cc.o2online.de' as long as you are still within the first 14 days after the contract was set up.

The contract itself will be 29,99 €without the phone.
