I have placed this order on 14.04.2019. I have received the SIM card but my Mobile phone has not been delivered.
Also I did not receive any mail regarding the phone. Could you please advise when will I receive my Mobile Phone?

Thanks for the repy. I have checked my inbox and seen mentioned mail.
When I google translate it I can understand my request is rejected. But my SIM cart is sent anyway.
What is the reason for rejection?
Just a new SIM card is useless for me. Is there anything you can do to complete my order or cancel my SIM card as well?

If the order has been rejected, unfortunately I can not see what the reason was. You will receive information about the rejection based on an automated individual decision via the following address:

If you have signed an additional mobile contract and you do not need it without the Smartphone, you must send a "Widerruf" so that the contract can be canceled.
