Hi,

I bought a O2 contract last year and after few months i decided to buy an iphone with O2 and for that, I went to the O2 shop and asked the guy to add this phone with my current contract. I got successful with that and he said with every iphone, there is an offer where you get a free sim card to use internet for 1 month and he gave it to me.

Since, then, i see in my account that i have two contracts now with two different numbers. I have never used one of the sim cards but still get billed for it. I want to cancel that contract and apply for the refund for all that amount as i never even activated that sim card.

Is it possible to do that?

I don't think so.

Obviously there was made a new (another) contract, so that you have to fulfill two ones now. As you surely signed the contract in the shop, you will now have to fulfill the contract until the end of the 24-months-term, no matter if you use it or not.

The SIMs get regularly acitvated automatically after 21 days when not activated by oneself.

You should cancel one of the contracts asap by letter or fax in order to end it at the end of term.
