MMS not working

I am unable to send or receive MMS from my oneplus1 device with a postpaid contract. Please help.

I have already tried the automatic and manual settings mentioned on the website. I got the SMS reply for automatic setting that I should contact O2. "Ihre Anfrage konnte leider nicht bearbeitet werden, die Kundenberatung wird Ihnen gerne weiterhelfen."
And the manual setting did not work either. What could be the issue.

is everything else working? Mobile Data, phone calls etc.?

Okay, thank you for the reply. Can you please visit https://www.o2online.de/service/smartphones-tablets-router/handy-einstellungen/ and put your phone number into this form? It sends you all needed data for the configuration of your phone. In case MMS still is not working, just leave a message here. 🙂

I had already done that (see above), but I did it again and got the same reply in SMS:
"Ihre Anfrage konnte leider nicht bearbeitet werden, die Kundenberatung wird Ihnen gerne weiterhelfen."

oh okay, I see. Did you check the MMS settings (settings -> mobile network)? It should be:

MMSC : http://10.81.0.7:8002
MMS-Proxy: *please leave it blank*
Geben Sie bei Max. Size.. : 307200
