Kundigung - How to request before the 2 Years contract?

Hello,

I have a DSL 50mb contract for 2 years (ending August 2018).
I'm now moving to a new flat, and at the new address the 50mb/s connection is not available (max speed available with O2 is 12Mb).

Is it possible to request the Kundigung for this reason, and in case HOW? Does it have a penality fee?

Is available a customer service in english?

in my opinion this is not possible, but for a offical answer please wait for an o2-worker @o2_DSL‌.

Thanks for your response! Actually... Is pretty weird that is not possible to close a contract... I would honestly stick with O2 IF THEY were able to provide me a 50mb or a 100mb connection... but looks is not available... and so... what should I do?... ☹️

Only high speed connection available at the new address is unfortunately TeleColumbus...
