Hallo O2 Team,



My customer number is 605xxxxx . I had the problem with internet connection last month (lot of interruptions. After calling around 20 times O2 support team opened a technical ticket: 7xxxx1. They solved the issue finally after a week.



Now yesterday the same problem started again and when I call customer service they are not ready to open a new ticket or re open this ticket. Infact they are complaining about my router. how were they solve the internet issue earlier if it were the problem with router. They also suggested me to buy a new router from O2.



I do not know what is this. this is one of the worst support i have ever seen. Could you please look into this matter ASAP .

welcome to our community! :)



The technician can't find any restrictions on the line. Can you reset the router? If you have after that still problems, please wrote here what LEDs ar blinking.

Thank you for the response. Now I sent Fritz box for check to the media Markt. In the meantime I got a new Fritz box . I am monitoring the connection. I will write here of there are any problems after changing the box.

The problem persist even after I bought new Fritz box. Technical expert seems didn't check thoroughly for the issue.. he just want to close. Can you please look into this matter on high priority. I unnecessarily had to buy new box as per instructions.



I am now not sure weather o2 will be able to solve this issue or not.

Hi Marc @o2_Marc , some how this thread is displaying 'Solved'. But the issue with internet is still there. To be in safe side, I have created another thread.

They have created a new ticket . They did a port reset for the problem. I still have problem with internet. Internet disconnected 5 times after port reset also. I called 7 times customer care. But I am not sure if they are taking the notes correctly or not. As my problem still persist. And you guys are closing the thread without solving the issue.

@harish We need more information from you. What Fritzbox Model you have? And than we need screenshots from Internet/DSL Informationen -> DSL, Spektrum und Statistik

the reason the other threads are closed is simply to avoid confusion and misunderstandings that can occur when there are several threads open about the same topic.

Also, opening multiple threads about one issue is generally regarded as spamming in this community and does not help to solve the issue.



This thread is now reset to not solved.

As you write, our colleagues have created a new ticket, so the issue will be taken care of; so for now, we cannot accelerate things here at customer service, we'll have to wait and see what our technicians can find.
