Increase Downstream link bandwidth

Hi, the minimal download speed in the contract is 6Mbit, the "DSL Verfügbarkeit" says that 16Mbit is available and I'm paying 25Mbit but the actual download speed is 5Mbits... Further tests showed me that the download is very stable and limited exactly at 5Mbits (look the attached image) so this looks to me that this could go up for at least several Mbits. Please try to increase it to at least 10-15Mbits so I can test stability on my line.

tested with WLAN or with cabel connection to your PC?

Both tested, WLAN and cable. I'm using the same router from o2 I was using in my old flat.

Downstream Bufferbloat is constantly around 50-60ms, which proves stable connection that can be increased.

I had a look at this issue. Unfortunately we can not offer a higher speed, you already are using the fastest stable profile.
