Hi all,



I urgently need to speak with someone in English regarding an order I made earlier this week for a contract and phone with o2.



I was asked to for an alternative payment method via the o2"Alternativ-Angebot zu Ihrer Bestellung", which I did fairly quickly, but did not receive any sort of confirmation or tracking number or anything from o2 after doing so.



I wold really appreciate any help with this. Thank you.

When did you pay the amount?



As soon as we get the payment, we will activate the delivery for the mobile phone.

Hi @o2_Tobias, thanks for your help. Yes I made the alternative payment using the link sent in the email from o2, but following that I didn't receive any confirmation from o2 for some days.



I only just got my WSHW number recently so does that mean the delivery has been activated?
