Hello,

I am confused about something. I took over a contract from someone else (the internet works, it wasn't interrupted), but now I received a package with a new router (I still have the one from the previous contract owner).

Is this normal? What are the next steps? Do I have to return the old router? Will I be charged something for the new one?

Thank you!

Roxana

Hello dordzbor,

when the owner of the contract changes the new owner gets a new router for free.

The old router, of the first owner, has to be sent back to the company. Otherwise the first owner will get charged for it.

So, please send back the router. Either you or the first owner has to send it back.

Here you can print your own label for the parcel: Click

With the left button you create a return order

Kind regards,

Jessica ☺️
