Moin aus Hamburg,
As commented, I have a very old contract O2 Loop https://# from 2013 almost not used and now that I'm back in Germany I would like to cancel it and my number 0179xxxxx99 to another service provider.
- It's in my case, due having an old contract, the https://# needed or maybe I can transfer the number immediately?
- What exactly do I have to do for the contract kündigen, cause the explanations on the website are completely unclear.
- How can I get a https://# which is required by the other company?
- When it will expire?
- How much do I have to pay? Anyway to be ?
Vielen Dank im Voraus.
LG,
Joe

I also have the very same questions. In case it can speed up the process, my phone number is 0176xxxxxxx7.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Hi Joe and Multiverse,
a prepaid-card doesn't have to be cancelled. If not topping it up regularly it will be deactivated automatically. What we need to do is set the number free so that your new provider can request it. I did that now. Make sure also to have a credit of 24,95 € on your cards as that is the fee we charge for allowing the number to be ported.
Multiverse, I anonymised your number so that not everyone can read it.
Best wishes
Ilona
