Hello O2,



I feel cheated, for a 4 weeks notice committed contract which I cancelled 5 months back I am still getting bills and I feel helpless not being able to cancel the contract.

I got a O2 DSL contract in October 2015 in Dusseldorf Germany When I first came to Germany for 1 year because the O2 Shop Keeper told me that I can cancel the contract with a notice of 4 weeks.



I used the contract for 1 year and in October 22nd 2016 made a request to cancel the contract with a FAX confirmation from the same shop, but the contract is not cancelled by O2.



I sent another letter in December 2016 to O2 as per the suggestion of the O2 shop and found that the bill is still



generated in January 2017 as well.



This time the O2 shop tell me that you just pay the bill till January and your contract is already cancelled.



2 days back I found another bill for February 2017 being generated and now the O2 shop tell me that there is no way to check the status and the contract cannot be cancelled and I need to talk to the customer care.



I feel cheated, for a 4 weeks notice committed contract which I cancelled 5 months back I am still getting bills and I feel helpless not being able to cancel the contract.



I tried calling O2 but the IVR is only in German and also says a waiting of more than 45 mins and no one wants to hang on the phone for 45 mins for me to talk to the customer care on my behalf.



I have made several attempts to cancel the contract and have all the proofs of cancellation which I have posted to O2 several times. I have even returned the device to O2 address.



Please help.
