O2 called me on 25 August 2017 offering a new Contract for my phone. I agreed to the contract (Through telephon) but there was a misunderstanding. I have 3 numbers with O2 because i bought 2 Phones from O2 (Numbers are not used, I only use 1 SIM Card) and he gave all 3 numbers a contract. I have to pay 122€ every month and im only a student. I cant afford 3 Contracts, I lost these 2 SIM Cards because i thought it wasnt important.
I thought he would only give the contract to one number...
I have tried like crazy to cancel these 2 Contract. It goes on for 2 years! I have sent a fax and wrote to O2. But they just wount cancel the Contract I have limited money in my bank.. and every month they take alot.
i didnt know about the 30 day cancellation Contract rule in the first moneth, i wasnt fully informed.
someone please help!

When made, contracts run for 24 months. You could have withdrawed from them within the first 14 days (you were informed about this fact in the confirmation-mails after the call), from the 15th day on it is not possible anymore and contracts can then be cancelled only with the effect of the end of 24 months.
I suppose that there is no chance of ending the contracts before the end of their terms.

I found the Email about the Contract in Spam folder. I found it 1 month after the call.
I only use 1 Number. I have never used these 2 numbers with the new contract.
please cek my data internet usage...

It doesn't matter if the contract is really used.
If you find someone who wants to use the contract, you can transfer the contract.

After the contract conclusion all our customers have 14 days for the cancellation (dt. Widerruf).
In last 3 months before the regular cancellation of your contracts you may fill up your cancelling notice and in 10 days contacte our Hotline.
An actually information about the contract cancellation to an earlier date you may found here : Cancellation to an earlier date
