i bought iphone se a1723 unlocked from computeruniverse and it has o2 germany activation policy. So now im in the USA and want to use Sprint. But sprint said my iphone not compatible even its same a1723 cdma model. They said its cause of o2 activation policy that prohibit sprint as a carrier. How you can change my policy?

Hello Alex,
if you want to use "Sprint" or "Verizon", you have to buy a Smartphone from them. (because the European model of iPhone does not support CDMA)
If you want to use your European iPhone SE in the US, you should choose AT&T or T-Mobile..
kind regards,
Tom

my phone does support cdma cause its A1723 model. its gsm/cdma.
Did you ask computeruniverse where they had the iPhone from? Have you already had contact with apple? Do you know this: https://www.macworld.co.uk/how-to/iphone/how-unlock-an-iphone-3501427/
Are you a customer of o2 Germany? Do you have a mobile teleconnuication tariff here?
The iPhones that o2 Germany sells (there are several "o2's" in Europe that are independent from each other!) are principally unlocked. Maybe there is a country-lock on the phone. But as you did not buy it from o2 it is hard to say.

Yes i went apple store and i saw my phone factory unlocked and its has O2 Germany Activation Policy. So it means computerunuvers got these phones from o2 unlocked. And as i know A1723 model its cdma compatible. Im talked with sprint, apple and they have no idea why its not working. i think even its a1723 - same as usa sprint, there some Region lock or o2 policy that wont allow to use cdma in usa.
my full model MLM62DN/A
Moin Moin,
the model MLM62DN/A should support:
What you clould try ist to enter the recover mode If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Do first a backup of your phone with itunes (set a Password!!), than do the steps above.
But your main contact is computeruivers, they sell you the iPhone with no lock.
Intresting is

Intresting is
- what SIM Card are u using (Provider)?
- Error Message ?
- Are you able to see the Sprint network?
- i used att and t mobile, now planning to switch to sprint and cant
- there no error with the phone, there problem with imei and meid cause sprint will check it on their end, and say my phone not compatible
- As i said sprint should activate me first so i can see network, now its just nothing even i will insert sim card.
i guess its maybe regional lock for some bands that sprint will use in USA. And even its same model technically, apple will adjust it with software so european a1723 can just use european cdma. Thats what i think, not sure its truth. Cause apple will say there no lock and it should work with sprint

im talked with apple support again they said the only one reason why its cant work its o2 activation policy, so how i can talk with someone from o2 who can check my imei ?
