Hello I have taken Mobile contract on 3 September 2015 , its a 24 months contract. I want to close this contract now and take a different O2 contract. How to do it?

For closing a 24 months contract you have to send a letter until 3 months before end.
Did you send a letter to o2 until 02.06.2017?
If not, your contract can be closed on 2 September 2018 (if you send a letter until 02.06.2018)
But you can change your tariff.

My tariff was O2 Blue All-in L (Monthly I am paying 39.99 euro / month) and now I want to go for Basic tariff(10 euro/month). What is the procedure to change it?
Simply wait here for an o2_moderator to prolong and change your tariff. Please be patient, the mods are very busy but there is a lot of work for them to do.
