How to cancel the contract

Hello, this is Hirata.
We (me and my wife) have contracts of mobile phone and wifi.
(My phone number is +49 17xxxxx85)

I need to cancel the contract within this month because we need to go back Japan on this month (22.Jan.2019).
Could you tell me how to cancel and how to return the machine of wifi?
If you have documents for cancelation, could you send me?

Hello Yoshiharu :)

here you will find an article about the cancellation of o2 contract, containing the adress where you can send in your cancellation.

Please use our Portal (http://g.o2.de/GAF) to return your Homebox 2 router and choose the option "Rücksendeauftrag" and type in (under "Gerätesuche") the serial number of the router.

Mobile number -58, mobile number -85 and your DSL/WiFi will end on 16th of february 2020.
