Hi, I also want to contact you but I don't see the option to send you a private messege. How can it be done?
Hello. I need to cancel my O2 cellphone contract, since I am leaving permanently Germany soon.
I already contact support and they sent me the form that I need to fill. However I still need some guidance toward this.
I need this documents:
1) a deregistration certificate of your present place of residence
2) a notification of your new, foreign domicile
3) alternatively a confirmation of your employer or landlord
My basic simple and direct questions are:
1. In my country there is no such thing as "notification of your new foreign domicile", I am just going back to my city and live with in my parents house.
2. alternatively in this context means (2 or 3) ????. I won't have a landlord since I will be leaving free in my parent house, and I won't have an employer since I won't work soon, just going back to my place.
So, What other documents can I submit instead ot those ones to achieve a succesfull cancellation of my contract?
One more final question:
3. Since I will cancel my German bank account earlier too. How I can pay the all-inclusive basic fee for 3 months???
Please help me to clarify this.
Regards.

Hello esperandolomejor,
when are you going to leave Germany?
The documents are needed though.. Don't you have to register yourself living there?
You could also transfer the money in advance so that you have a credit balance.
Kind regards,
Jessica
